DrivePlus is a roadside-assistance platform serving the Israeli insurance market. This policy explains what data we collect when you use our mobile apps (DrivePlus and DrivePlus Driver) and web dashboard, how we use it, and the choices you have.
DrivePlus collects your precise location only when you actively request roadside assistance, so we can dispatch a service provider to you. The DrivePlus Driver app collects location while a driver has an active service call so the client can see real-time arrival. Location collection stops when the call ends or the app is closed.
We share data only with parties necessary to deliver the service: the service provider you are matched with for a roadside-assistance call, the insurance agent who manages your subscription, and our payment processor (PayPlus). We do not sell your data to third parties.
Data is stored on managed infrastructure with encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Files (photos, documents) are kept in private storage buckets. Passwords are hashed; we cannot read them.
You can access, correct, or delete your account at any time. Both mobile apps include an in-app Delete Account action under Settings; deleting your account permanently removes your profile, vehicles, and request history. You can also request access or deletion by emailing us at the address below.
DrivePlus is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be communicated in-app.
